Company CANEX was founded in 1994 in Bratislava. Since the beginning the company was focused on PC networks and distribution of IP technologies. In 1996 CANEX start cooperate with Swedish company AXIS communications AB as distributor and since than are focusing mainly on IP video surveillance systems. Alongside distribution of video surveillance systems CANEX is also focused on development of software for IP security systems under the brand WatchSystem.
In 2013 CANEX spread its distribution channel and start to cooperate with international companies Hanwha Techwin (former SAMSUNG Techwin), 2N Telecommunications and others.

Company CANEX has created and formed young and dynamic world of IP video surveillance in Slovakia since its beginnings. Today this world of IP video surveillance is one of the most growing markets in the world. Nowadays we are offering to our partners not just in Slovakia wide range of services in the area of IP video surveillance systems. It includes design, projection, custom software, trainings and other related services.

We are proud that our company has been at the birth of a new segment in the world market (IP video surveillance) from the very beginning. We have also actively created this segment in Slovakia from position of distributor. Nowadays this market is still one of the most growing markets in the world.

Company CANEX has certificate of Industrial security and Classified information (level “Secrete”) from National Security Authority SR. Our employees are regularly attending trainings for IP networks and video surveillance systems in Slovakia and also abroad.
